While the image url says .php the image still maintains it's status as an image. I was able to copy pictures by right clicking either the thumbnail, or the enlargement and then pasting them into Paint Shop Pro.

I was also able to copy and paste them into Windows Paint so I am guessing that you could copy and paste them into any graphics program that you would like. You will have to rename them and give them the proper extension when you save them to your system.

You will see the proper extension for each graphic if you hold your mouse over the thumbnail for a few seconds. The original filename and extension will be revealed in the pop up.
