Out of curiosity I took a look myself. Home page of the Texas Chapter website: Click on Events on the left side column of the page.

First thing on that page after the header:

"Make Checks Payable to NCRS Texas Chapter

Texas Chapter Lonestar Regional

Location: Waco, Texas - Waco Convention Center
Registration: click here [PDF] (~287K) "

I didn't try to print it, but it sure looked like it should print ok.

Dave, sorry you had a problem. Printed mine from the Driveline on-line, although it was small it worked just fine. The Texas Chapter form prints full page. If you have any recommendations on how the Texas Chapter can make our registration forms more visible, please let us know. Regards, Gary....

Dave, thank you for your constructive ideas. Will make the link more visible by bolding and adding more text. Researching how much trouble it will be to add a link to the home page as it has to be added and removed once the event is over. Enjoy Waco. Gary....

The full version of Acrobat has a form filler option. You can convert the application to a form and fill it in on the screen
