I'm trying to pay dues; I am NOT allowed to log-in using my e-mail and password (nme + member #); so I go to the other side of the board make the credit card entries, make the same e-mail and password and I get a message that THEY ALREADY HAVE AN ENTRY LIKE THAT SO MINE IS NOT ACCEPTED. WHICH IS UP?

Loren,

Dozens of members log in to the online store everyday so the store isn't broken. To log into the store you use exactly the same credentials that you used to log in here.

I had exactly the same problem recently in attempting to renew my membership. I forget exactly which path I took to get in but it eventually worked.
