I have not had any problems since I switched from I.E. to Google Chrome. Before that everything was slow or stalled in I.E.

I have Windows 7 and IE9, and began to experience occasional slow page loads and stalls requiring F5 "refresh" a couple of weeks ago; no problems prior to that point.

Switch to the new AOL CLem as old JD has no problems.

Guys,

FWIW - in the last month several members have advised their Internet Service Provider advised them to switch to Chrome or FireFox browsers. The members were told that there's too many problems with Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer 8 works fine for me and has for years. Don't need Chrome or Firefox.

Most people have upgraded to IE9- that's when the problems started. You're one version out of date it seems, luckily.

I'm the Network Administrator/Engineer where I work and had the opportunity to see the problems with IE9 early on. I decided not to allow installation of IE9 on any of the organization's PCs. Everything is working OK here. By the way, if you uninstall IE9, Windows will reset your browser to IE8.
