Event registration phone numbers

Quick question. Each time I register for an event I need to enter my home phone and cell phone number. The numbers are in my profile can't they be pulled from there.

After registration is complete and I click on my name in the completed registration it still has the 123-456-7890. But when I click on my wifes name in the completed registration the correct home phone number is there. ????

The first page of an event registration program contains your name and other personal info. If your phone numbers do not appear there, you type them in. Then, if you hit the save button at the bottom of that page, they should be "saved". Then you would hit the next button at bottom of page to go to next page. Are you hitting the save button after any change or insert on any page, before going to next? If so, then John will have to fix a glitch. Best way to get a glitch fixed is to send a help desk ticket.

Don, I've registered for several events and each time I save the page prior to moving to the next page. The phone numbers have never been saved.

More than likely this is a caching issue. Either on your PC or with your ISP.

Go to any Event on the Registration page https://www.forums.ncrs.org/register...bscription.php login and see if the phone numbers on your Personal Details page are correct or not.

Don't do anything else or click Save - just post the results.

Gary, the phone numbers are now correct. They were not earlier this AM. I have not started a registration for an event today.

Phone numbers are correct this morning.

Problem was caching in your browser or ISP that displayed the 1234567890 phone number. Unusual that it wouldn't Save it.

Ctrl/F5 (depress control and F5 key simultaneously) refreshes the page on PC's. Sometimes you have to do that 4 or 5 times to clear all the caches.

Next registration, click on next page at the bottom of the Personal Details page or Registration in the blue menu bar to leave the Personal Details page.
