All of a sudden I am no longer able to space down to start a new paragraph. This only happens when I am on an NCRS forum and starting or replying to thread. It does not happen in Microsoft Word. Only on NCRS forums or private messages. Any clues as to what is going on? I can space up but not down. Weird. Can't even space down to sign my name. Jerry

Re: Paragraph spacing
Jerry and Ron,
What you've described is an Internet Browser related problem. Your Browser is not recognizing the HTML formatting.
Click the TDB - Editor AA Switch Option_102912.jpg A/A button on the editor menu bar twice. This should reset your Browser to do HTML formatting.
BTW, what Internet Browser are you guys using? Listing your Browser helps with the problem diagnosis.

Re: Paragraph spacing
Jerry,
Microsoft in their infinite wisdom does their own thing with Internet Explorer and shoots themselves in the foot quite often with their "enhancements".
I use Chrome as it adheres to the Internet standards.
Thanks for letting us know your problem's resolved.

Re: Paragraph spacing
Gary,
This issue was driving me crazy for a while until I figured out what the fix was. I saw this thread then next day. I also was observing several posts in the TDB where folks were probably having this issue.
Perhaps you might want to move this thread to the TDB and make it sticky for short while until word gets out.
Thanks!

Re: Paragraph spacing
Just thought I'd mention that I have the same problem and it started when Microsoft downloaded Internet Explorer(IE) 10 (automatically) to my PC. I also have similar problems on a few other sites, and sites that worked great under previous versions of Internet Explorer now require that I use "Compatibility Mode" to make them work properly. I'm thinking about uninstalling IE 10 and going back to IE 8.
Oh, and the fix works. Thanks Gary.- Top
