I cannot get the help desk software to work.

Checking on this for you Mr. Townsley.
If you click the Contacts button in the upper (light blue) tool bar above, you will get a page of contacts, that also has a tool bar near the top under the 53 vette logo.
Hover your mouse over that Contact button and get the drop down list that contains the Help Desk button. Click that button to open the Help Desk page. Near the top of that is a bright blue link on the left that says Submit a Ticket. Click that to open your help ticket template. Fill in the starred boxes and then hit the Submit Ticket link at bottom of page.
So now I just tested it, and sure enough it seems glitched. I will email the IT team.

I tried to do a continuation on a help thread and it came back with the error. I then tried a new ticket and got the same error but later got an email that said the ticket was opened? I assume that a ticket was opened but I did get a sql error on both tickets. Hopefully they will get it fixed tomorrow. Thanks.- Top

I understood John wanted to do an upgrade the helpdesk software but the upgrade process failed and corrupted our helpdesk setup. Later today he will try to restore it from our latest backup..Rob.
