Renewal date

I received my renewal notice in the mail. It states that my membership expires on October 15th, but my join date was November 16th of last year. According to the renewal notice memberships are yearly but I'm only getting 11 months. Is there a reason for the discrepancy?

your expiration date is 31/10/2013...

Andrew,

When you join in the middle of a month your expiration date is set to the end date of the preceding month, but your are mailed out the latest edition of the Driveline and Restorer Magazines from the previous edition. So no matter when you join you will receive 6 Driveline and 4 Restorer Magazines. Oh and 31-10-2013 is 10/31/2013 for those of us on the west side of the Atlantic Ocean.
