    No Image Editor

When I go to advance, nothing shows on top to post a picture. Bottom of page says HTML is OFF. Upgraded to the new Windows Explorer. Running Windows 7 Home Premium ( 64 bit )

    Gary,

Try clicking the A/A on the editor one time. TDB - Editor AA Switch Option_102912.jpg

This tells the browser to turn on HTML.

Gary....Clicked on attachment you sent, and it said it was INVALID. When I hit reply, the box shows but all the stuff that's usually above it, to post pics, etc. is not there. I don't know where it went. I just posted a pic the other day. There's no A / A or anything else to click on. THANKS for your time. It is appreciated......Gary

          Re: No Image Editor

I read some previous posts on this forum concerning compatibility settings, so I went to top of browser & clicked on tools, then compatibility. I then added WWW.NCRS.ORG. to the list, did a shutdown & re-boot, and all the little boxes are back again above the reply box where they were before, so everything looks cool again., and functional. The settings must have changed when I upgraded the IE browser. Allrighty then, time to go back to the technical forum for more knowledge. Case closed!!!

            Re: No Image Editor

Gary....YES, I upgraded to 11 from the link in this forum. YES, I did a Google search for HTML problems with the upgrade, but couldn't find any. so I went to another forum (Jalopy Journal ) that runs a vBulletin forum, similar to this one. Everything was good there. I had all the editor boxes above the reply box, so then I knew it had to be a compatibility issue, and not the browser in general. It still says HTML is OFF at the bottom of the page, but all the little boxes are back (post pics, links, etc. ) so that's what I wanted. Maybe HTML had nothing to do with this problem, because everything is back the way it should be right now.....THANKS so much.......Gary

              Gary,

Thanks for the update. Compatibility View Mode setting was going to be my next question.
