I have added some friends to my list and asked that they add me to theirs. One person responded to me by asking what it meant and entailed and I don't know? can you enlighten me? does it allow some level of enhanced communication or have some other benefits such as a private contact list? Thanks and regards...joe

Re: What does being a " mean?Friend"
I was the one who asked Joe the meaning of "friends." I was looking for some advantage to it. Nothing in the link gives me warm fuzzies.
I just don't see the point of collecting friends like so many do on Facebook or Twitter. Are we going to start a contest to see who has the most friends? That is what will happen. This is counter to all the things NCRS stands for. We have worked our judging system to minimize the effect of egos in that system and now we have this method of collecting numbers that seem like the only point is to boast about.
Sorry Joe, no offense to you -- but I just don't get it, but I am open to other explainations.Terry- Top
