I've been away from the board for a couple of weeks and was wondering about Dales status. I checked the active msgs but found nothing posted. Last I heard he was heading home under his own strength. How's he doing? Hopefully getting stronger and back to his old crotchedy self.

I talked to Dale today, and he's doing much better, gradually regaining his strength (and his patented attitude ); regular updates are posted on another public Board, but we can't mention which one here or that post will be deleted from this Board -

That board no longer appears to be pubic. I tried to get on today and it seemed like it was by paid membership only.

To pose a rhetorical question: Who owns the NCRS and this web site?
NCRS documentation suggests the membership own the NCRS. If that is the case, why can (or would) one member delete another member's post, especially when it concerns the health of another, well respected, NCRS member.
And why do we allow this to happen?
Just a thought.
