Could someone tell me what is the best reference material out there for the correct placement of decals on my 66 Big Block.

I dont think there is ONE book that displays this information. Certainly the 66 JM comes close. What decals are you referring to ??

Vette Vues Fact Book of the 1963-1967 Stingray by MF Dobbins.Can be had on the NCRS library store.

I have the assembly and sevice manual but what is the JM ?. I want to show my car next summer and Im not shure my car has all the decals and if the ones I have are in the right location.

If you mean by "show my car" to have it judged at an NCRS meet, you should definitely get the "NCRS Technical Manual & Judging Guide" for your year car (available from the NCRS on-line store) - it will answer your questions and provide highly-detailed guidance on what's "correct" for your car and how it will be judged.

I was referring to the NCRS 1966 Corvette Technical Information and Judging Guide. I aplogize for the confusion.
