C-2 1964 365HP Production numbers

Hi everyone,

My father-in-law purchased a 1964 365hp coupe a couple of weeks ago. Can anyone tell me where I can find out how many '64 365hp coupes were made?

Jason -

A little over 7,000 1964 L-76's were built, out of the 22,000 or so total Corvettes built that year. There aren't any option breakdowns by body style, but 63% of production was convertibles, 37% were coupes, if you want to extrapolate from there.

A great Christmas gift would be "The Complete Corvette Restoration & Technical Guide - Vol. 2 1963 through 1967" by Noland Adams.

This book is a must for any midyear Corvette owner and could narrow down this 64's rarity using the production figures within for various options. For instance, my 64 L76 coupe has A/C (option C60) which makes it one of 243 built that year.
