I used operate flights in/out of Buenos Aires (AEP) years ago and let me tell you that it was virtually impossible not be NAUGHTY..But damn,were they NICE.

You have disporportionately large amount. After all, there is (in no particular order!) Chile, France, Japan, Thailand, Australia, Sweden, Brazil, Italy, Greece, etc...etc...etc... Plus my home land the good old USA.
