    C-1 Gauges install on '62

    My dash was installed some time ago and the gauges housing was installed too. Any suggestions on installing gauges/speedo while housing is already in place?

      Small gauges can be done with some difficulty the ususl (laying on your back) way, but I believe the speedo/tach require the removal of the housing.

          I have done this many times ... The only way is to remove the dash pod.. Yes there is no way to get the tac or speedo out or in with out doing this ...Make sure you drop the sterring column ,and remove drivers seat bottom as you will be working laying on your backside .
