    Headlight Warning Light

Can anyone tell me where I can purchase a headlight warning light bulb for a 1967? If I am correct it is a GE 257 bulb. This is the warning bulb that flashes.

Try LIC if you have no luck finding it local.

        Keith--
I purchased them at my local parts store--but had to buy a package of 10. Let me know if you can't find them locally.

As 'da Rev' says.... NAPA has them but most stores don't stock due to low demand. I've yet to find an individual NAPS store that won't cheerfully order a 10-pack up from the local warehouse if you don't 'stand' them with the remaining nine bulbs in the 10-pack. Look at it this way, you can always 'unload' the balance for just about any reasonable price at a local NCRS judging field near you where first time mid-year Corvettes show up....

Keith or anybody else, When you change the Headlight Warning light tell us how you did it. Mine also needs replacing. But I haven't tried yet. It is my hope that the cluster doesn't need to be removed.
Again, please post how you replaced the bulb.

Corvette Central advertises them at $2.20 a piece.
