    1961 seat mechanism color

I'm looking for help on what color the seat mechanisms on a '61 should be. Richard Brodeur in the Winter 2002 Restorer indicates that for the 1960, the bottom seat rails should be cadmium plated and the seat frames should be semi-gloss black. Would it be true for the '61 as well? By specifying bottom seat rails, is he saying there's a top seat rail of possibly a different color? Or is he just referring to the whole shebang, rails, brackets, etc. under the seat except the chrome adjusting lever?

The entire seat slide assy except for the adjuster handle should be cad/zinc plated. The seat frame assy should be painted semi-gloss black.
