    Romeo Engineering

    Happy New Year
Has anyone dealt with this company before? I am having some major delivery problems and I am wondering if I am the exception or the rule. Your feed back would be appreciated so I can decide whether to pursue this or not.
    Best Regards
    Larry

They make very nice "stuff", BUT many have complained about slow delivery, etc. I bought my 69 carpet from them with the correct "IMCO" logo, etc. Chuck

      Larry,

I can say that the quality at Romeo Engineering is very good, But they are very slow and must be "expedited" unless you will never get your order. Best time to call them is before 10:30 Mich. time or forget it!

Larry - I had placed 3 phone calls to Romeo trying to get a carpet sample with no avail. Finally I sent a SASE and I got a carpet sample. It was more brown than saddle for my '63. I had samples from ACC, Romeo and Al Knoch for comparision and Al Knoch was clearly the best for color, thickness and quality.

Good quality products, but need to make calls to get status of order. Worth the wait. Dick Capello

Ordered a carpet set for a 63 from them last March....yes March but it seems like they are worth the wait. Correct seams, binding, and RUBBER gromet for dimmer switch. I call every two to three weeks. Keep Trying. I am still waiting.

              Re: Romeo Engineering

I ordered a set of carpeting for my '69 last May and am still waiting. I have made more than 20 calls (most leaving messages that were never returned.) Multiple promises were made and none were kept. The last time was mid December when the promise was "delivery by next Monday". That was about a month ago and nothing. Why do I keep waiting? Everything I've read on this board indicates that they have the best quality, fit etc. You are not alone.
