I have been in touch with Bill Warner from the Amelia Island Concour in Jacksonville, FL and he says all five Corvette Grand Sports are suppose to be at this years Concour on March 10,2003.
Joing these great cars, many other significant Corvette racers from the 50's and 60's will also be present including the 61 Vignale,56 SR-1's, 57 Scaglietti, 57 Sebring #4, 66 Penske/Sunoco, 59 Purple People Eater, the 57 original SS, Bill Mitchell's 56 red SR-2 and the 59 original Stingray.The 67 LeMans Stingray L-88 racer,62 Sebring Grady Davis, and many other. Thirty nine unique cars have already been accepted. The 56 Sebring #1 C/M car is suppose to make it's debut.
This 50th anniversay tribute to CORVETTE will be a first for all these cars to be assembled at one time, especially all the Grand Sports to be displayed together.
