Still looking for a 70- 72 LT1 intake manifold. I've found one that the person says is a "service replacement". It has a number of 3972116.Is he trying to pull a fast one? The numbers I have are 3972110 or 3959594. Thanks

110 is a 1970 370 HP, 594 is a 1971 330 HP and 1972 225 HP. 116 is a service replacment,over the counter manifold. -

Thanks Clem. Since it is a service replacement, would it be identical to the original manifolds except for the casting and date code numbers? I guess what I'm getting at is, are they all visually and functionally the same, if not what would be the differences?Comment

Try the following: Go to Google and type in "3972110 for sale". Hit enter.
OR Try e-bay. Try different filters like the part number, or Z-28 intake manifold, or corvette intake manifold . Look at e-bay # 2400164124 or 2400118903. The last one seems to have all the correct numbers except the last digit. Is it a "6" or a "0". The part # advertised is 3972116 ?? BTW which year are you trying to find? The above data was focused on the 1970.Comment
