1967 AIM Database....HELP

All,
I have finished putting the 1967 AIM into a MS Access database; sheet, part no, description, item no. torque value, etc. That was the goodnews and the easy part.
Now I need help in figuring out how to be able to ask it "is this part number in there, if so where (all locations).
The database will be e-mailed out for free (if requsted)...when the questions are figured out. Thats why I need the help. So HELP !!!!

Donald - That's terrific about the '67 database.

I know my way around ACCESS, and believe we best do our conversing on e-mail.

Generally, if you have the data, we can set-up just about any method to retrieve data, and 'query' (search) for items.
