Distributor GM #1103291 was used for 1978 through 1980 L-82 applications. This particular distributor was manufactured on October 12, 1978.

Thanks Joe. So it is very close to my 1979's build date of Novemeber 6, 1978. May I assume it is OK for NCRS judging?

Is your 79 an L-82 car? If so, this distributor should be OK. If you have a base motor car this distributor would not be correct.
