    Need build date estimates

    Can anyone give the their best estimates on the build dates for the following 1956 Corvettes:

    E56S003418
    E56S004358

      Edward, My 56 is 3190 and was built on, or about, June 27th. The NCRS birthday book will give you a real good idea of the build date. I am on a business trip right now and away from my books(I have to check the discussion board from my laptop), but if you don't get a response before tomorrow evening, I'll look up those two VINs and give you the dates.           My best guess for the vins is

          E56S003418 July 12, 1956

          E56S004358 Sept. 6, 1956

          Don

                  I have VIN 3241 (2241) with a build date of June 29th according to the Birthday Calculator.

                      Out of curiosity, do you know what the casting dates are on #3190 and #3418?

                          I don't have much information on 3418, and I have no information on 3190. Sorry I can't be of more help.

                                      Garry, These are the frame stencil, engine block and head casting dates from my 56: Frame Date: 5 10 56, Engine Block: E156 pad code 0497672F56GR, Heads: E76/E106. Let me know if there are any other dates I can provide. Steve
