Does anyone know where I could find a picture of a 1965 fuel meter baffle and where a baffle could be purchased?

I'm assuming that you are referring here to the fuel meter external heat shield. I believe that this is a stamped steel piece which fits over an external portion of the fuel meter and is, generally, contoured like the fuel meter external body it covers. It attaches to the fuel meter cover attaching screws by by 2 tabs which are bent over and are an integral part of the shield stamping.
Originally, this part was GM #7014547 but it was discontinued in March, 1973. As far as I know, it's not reproduced. One of the 57-65 FI specialists like Jack Podell or John Degregory is probably your best bet to locate one. A good used one should be as serviceable as a new one; this is NOT a wear part. Like most FI parts, I would not expect it to be inexpensive if you do find one.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Just a guess
If you're talking about the small baffle box that is mounted below the fuel meter cover on late '64 and '65 7380 units to keep gas from splashing out the large vent hole, I think I've got one out there I could photograph.
But I'm probably off base. You should ask one of the '57 - '65 FI specialists.- Top

Hello?
You might try Jim Thorpe in Iowa at (563) 359-7863. His reproduction FI parts list includes the stud and nut for the baffle.
Jim Neuffer in New York has a large stock of used FI parts that he is willing to sell.
If you strike out with these two honest parts sellers, e-mail me privately and I'll give you the phone numbers of the 8 - 10 honest FI repairmen that I know. One of them might sell you a used baffle.- Top

Photo on eBay
Take a look at the underside shot of the fuel meter lid up for auction on eBay (item #2401763441).
This is probably a '64-5 lid although the seller identifies it as a '57 - '62. That is definitely a '65 fuel splash baffle attached to the lid with a single tiny stud.- Top
