Depends how clever the repro artist is - your first clue is how deteriorated/dilapidated/stained/torn it is, hardened glue on the back, etc. There are more subtle clues, but the condition of the paper after it has lived on top of a fuel tank for 30+ years would be a neat trick to duplicate.
