Is the outside mirror on a Apri 1967 suppose to have a plain or bowtie?

My May 1, car has plain mirror dated 1 DMI 7

Both, The Bowtie was present on cars up to Vin #8000, and randomly found with and without the Bowtie from #8000 to #10500.
After #10500 all mirror are without the Bowtie.

An April 67 car, with VIN. between 15420 and 17395, according to the JG is not expected to have a bow tie. That being said, there seem to be exceptions to every rule.
