73 park brake cover

I'm trying to remove my park brake cover to replace with a new one but
once the screws were removed it still seems stuck. Is there a trick to
getting the cover off? It has power windows also. Thanks.

Brian; You must also remove the bolt from the back side,(through the baggage compartment), and four screws along the sides. That's all there was to mine.

Brian,
There is a screw at the back of the cover that is accessed from the center rear storage compartment. I believe that the cardboard liner needs to come out first.

The bolt is under the center compartment in back and a1/4" drive and 7/16" deep socket or short ext. works best for me. Work thru the jack storage hole.
