Any suggestions on installing rockers panels. I left the screws a little loose and so far have not been able to hook the rockers over the mounting strip. Anybody have any suggestions?

I've had luck keeping the screws loose, then tightening them with an ignition wrench after the rocker is on. Also, put masking tape on the body "bulges" or you'll gouge the paint. Hope this helps. Chuck1963 Corvette Conv. 327/360 NCRS Top Flight

Gary,
No judgement here but more of an FYI; You can install the mounting strip upside down and then the rocker will definitely not go on (Eventhough, it looks like it should). You should not have to leave the screws on the mounting strip loose to make this work.
Yes, it is a tight fit but, as long as the top lip of the rocker panel is straight, it should go on.
