Does anyone have a GM number for these small plastic clips that snap into the ignition shielding?

I've been looking for years for those little clips but you may be in luck because in 79 they became the clip of choice and I've seen them among several vendors at swap meets. But no number!

The 78 assembly manual which should also apply to 79 shows - Retainer part number 3830786...
