The buckles would be painted interior color. Try Charlie at Seatbelt City in N.J. He just did my 61 seatbelts and did a beautiful job in a very reasonable time frame.

Charlie did a terrific job on my original 66 belts. He restored them to brand new condition. He is not cheap - but then neither is the quality of his work. His prices are reasonable for what you get.
