427 Big Block Codes

I need some help translating this code on a 67 conv 427ci/390HP. The stamped pad code reads as follows. KAR T1028IL 7103918 121891. There is a 030 on top of the letters KAR. I understand the T1028IL code and the 7103918 correspond to the vehicles VIN number. I do not know the KAR with the 030 on top of that or the 121891 number. Any help would be appreciated. The car is a 4speed with AC if that means anything. Thank You in advance, Mike Chase

I would guess that Kenny A. Realdummy (or some other KAR)rebuilt the engine on December 18, 1991, and bored the block .030 over stock as part of the rebuild.
