WIper motor & pump on C2

It appears my wiper motor can be removed by removing bolts that go thru the fire wall from the inside out, according to a drawing I saw. I looked under the dash and there is no way to get to them. Is the best way to access these bolts through glove box removal? I thought it would be best to ask first rather then start removing all kinds of things. Any tricks to this I should know before attempting removal? I would appreciate any help you guys can give - Thanks!

Glove box removal and patience will allow access.

I've never been able to R&R a c-2 wiper motor without removing the radio as well as the glove box assembly as clup mentioned

You 'can' get the wiper motor out without taking out the radio, but, like Clup says you need patience as well as good articulating wrench tools. Once out, you'll think the major job is behind you UNTIL you attempt re-installation!!!
