I want to have my insturments restored. Anyone know of a good source? I was thinking of using Corvette Specialties of MD. Thanks for the help, Joe DeLuca #37862

Hi Joe, I know Steve Hack at Eastern Corvette does them. I haven't used him for a speedometer restoration but he has done great work for me on wiper motors and headlighr motors.

I don't know what kind of work you need, or where you live, but I used D & M Restoration in Spartenburg SC. My speedometer and tach face was in great shape but the needles and the redline were faded, and the odometer didn't work. They came back in under two weeks and look great. They also cleaned and lubed the tachometer. Very reasonable prices, check out their website and d&mrestoration.com.

Joe, I also have had excellent luck with both specialties of MD and D$M which I have used both on numerous occasions. (20+) Good luck and you can't go wrong with either company. Joe
