    1962 SEAT BELTS

    Where can I find original type seatbelts for my 62 fuelie and approximately how much would they be. thanks

          You need to know what you need, the early serial number cars used a different pattern weave than the later cars. The buckles can sometimes be obtained from GM pass cars of the era. The information is pretty clearly described in the Judging Guide.

              I recommend Charlie Santorelli of Seatbelt City in New Jersey. He will no doubt have what you need. Hhe is not inexpensive but, he provides beautiful work.

                  I would folow Bill Clupper's advice. Read the manual. Cost seems to linger in the range of $400 for restored set.
