I got stainless steel exhaust manifold bolts from either one of the usual Corvette parts vendors, or the usual hot rod parts vendors (PAW, Jegs, Summit). They're available and inexpensive. You probably won't find them at other usual sources because of their non-standard length. The ones from the kit contain washers.
If you use the GM bolts, don't forget the washers. You also might consider antiseize and retorquing after a few cycles.
