You can purchase a spraygun/wand undercoating kit from Eastwood or J.C.Whitney, etc, for about $50, and a can of quality undercoating material (3M) from your local bodyshop supply store. Tape over all the frame holes, then use the gun with appropriate wands and tips to go in through various holes, re-taping the holes when you exit them.

Check the online article index. I think it was a mixture of linseed oil, kerosene and Marvel's, or something similar to that.

I sprayed 1/2 quart of Marvel Mystery oil into my frame two years ago, works like a champ! I used a syphon sprayer attached to my air compressor. It made a mess out in the street, but it washed away!
