This is a pic of the Fel-Pro one-piece gasket. Most auto parts shops have them.

Yes, the one pictured is an OS-34510-T. That one is for 75-79 Corvettes AND earlier Corvettes with GM SERVICE replacement pans of "6 digit part numbers" released after about 1976. All 57-74 Corvette small blocks with original or pre-1976 SERVICE replacement pans use the OS-34509-T.

I got the one piece pan gasket and was pleasntly surprised to find it came with new bolts and washers. The new gasket is considerably thicker than the cork one, that explains the new bolts (and the high price $45+/-) Should I still apply a thin smear of RTV on both surfaces prior to install???

No.

Ther should be instructions in the box. Just a dab in the "corners" where the front and rear seals "protrude" into the block.

Make SURE you straighten the edge of the pan and un-dent the bolt holes. BTW, I still used my original bolts. The ones that come with the gasket don't have the correct head markings.
