Is anyone having trouble with the condition of the Driveline when they recieve it in the mail? My last few issues look like they went thru a shredder, besides arriving water stained sometimes from wet / snowy weather. Just a suggestion, how about shipping them in a sealed plastic bag. Quite a few of the magazine publishers are doing that now and they arrive in top condition.(Besides it also keeps the mailman from reading them on his lunch break.) Nothing against postal workers!

Re: Driveline
Recieved my Driveline in perfect shape about two weeks ago. Only problem with my mail delivery is that the postal woman does not have long enough arms to sit on the right side of her Bronco, steer the vehicle and open the mail box to put the mail in. Consequently, she ends up driving on my lawn and rutting it next to the uncurbed road. Guess I need to put the mail box post into the ground touching the road to keep her on the paved portion.- Top

Re: Driveline
Anyone NCRS member who receives there Driveline in such a condition that they cannot use it should call the Cincinnati Office and give them your membership number and name and they will send you a new one. This does happen due to circumstances beyond our control.- Top

Re: Driveline
I had an ad in this month's Driveline and I was getting calls eight days before I received my issue. Is this mailed out to everyone at once? I feel like I have zero chance at advertised parts. It seems like Driveline should be a web-based publication.

Re: Driveline
You guys complain about the condition of the Driveline. Mine comes looking great except I tend to receive it 2 whole weeks after people only 20 miles away get theirs. I rarely am able to buy anything since everything I'm interested in is usually already sold! Let's go electronic and back it up with a hard copy mailing.
Not to sound punitive, but it's not like the organization doesn't have the financial resources.- Top
