1971 Power Window Harness/Breaker

Need to talk to someone with a early 71, 2000-3500 range. My question is in regards to the Power Window Harness. The assembly manual shows a Breaker mounted on the firewall with two wires going to it. In addition it shows a wire going to the Horn Relay. The harness in my car does no have the wires for the Breaker. All I have is one Orange wire with a Black strip coming out of the harness through the firewall, which I assume goes to the Horn Relay.I have all the other wires, relays and plugs shown in the assembly manual. I called lectric limited and at first was told that as long as I had a power Window relay a breaker was not installed on these cars. Once they reviewed the assembly manual they had a change of heart and stated I had the wrong harness. I would just like for someone to look at their 71 and let me know if they have a breaker on the firwall for the Power Windows and were it is located before I buy a new harness. Thanks for your time.

I can tell you this: my car, 19518, has the relay on the firewall, on the right side of the large boss to which my master cylinder attaches.

I can also tell you that this does seem to be a mid/late 1971 change, from my previous investigations. In addition, the harness I received from Lectric Limited (in 1996) did NOT have the wire going from this relay to the horn relay. In my case, I liberated the original wire from my original harness, and used repro wrapping tape to re-wrap it in, and make it appear as it did originally.
