Shock Application

Can anybody tell me the application and year for the following shock: the part number is 3192481 and the date on them I believe is 234 68. Thanks for your help!

I've tried to research this one, but I can't find anything on it in any of my references. Shock part numbers can be tough in many cases since there can be so many different ones for the same application. I haven't given up, though. I still have a few other possibilities to check.
