Where can correct black fasteners, such as frame bumper bolts, nuts, flat washers, and lock washers be purchased for 68-70 front frame to bumper brace, and rear frame to bumper outside brace. Fronts are 1/2 " dia., and rears are 7/16"dia. I have originals, but they are showing their age. I'm in process of purchasing black oxide, phosphate, gold & yellow zinc finishing systems, but it would be nice to have an outside source for these larger items. Paragon, and Corvette Central have extensive fastener selection, but Not in these larger sizes, (new).

I purchased bumper bolts from Caledonia several; years ago and they had the correct "A" headmark and some were cad plated and some were black oxide. I believe they will sell you individual nuts and washers, etc. Give them a try. You mentioned that you were getting some plateing system to do your own. For what it's worth I have been using Caswell Plating's "Copy-Cad",Dichromate, and black oxide with excellent results.
