    Pace car Collection 0 MILES!!

I was at Muirfield this weekend and talked to the son of the owner of several dealerships. He has ALL the corvette pace cars in a warehouse, all have 0 miles on them. What years were the pace cars, and what are they worth?? 79, 86, 95, 98 ?? They are keeping them till the older uncle passes away,--79 years old, this gentleman said they thought the would have increased in value over time. I might be able to see them. What's the 78 worth?? 20 + thousand?? Just a thought, since I saw an article in a magazine about the 78'and saw very low miled car in the article. These have 00000 miles!!! Hope I can see them. jc

        0 MILES???

No such thing, maybe very low miles, but not 0. Cars would have 4-5 miles at least from driving off the line and onto & off of the transport.

I know, I know. I am spliting hairs.

It seems that every 78 pace car was keep in hibernation. Someone said that the very rare 78 pace cars will be the ones driven with a lot of miles... Besides, if you get a 78 pace car you could benefit with a good price for a car almost new, although some parts deteriorate without use... Just a comment, best from Argentina Roberto NCRS #30019 RMC
