It absolutely boggles my mind. All of these parts are worth $1,000, MAXIMUM. The calipers don't have correct pistons (that doesn't really matter since even if it had the correct insulated pistons the pistons would be shot and no replacement pistons are available to transfer these 2nd design insulators to). ANY Corvette calipers can be converted to J-56 configuration (that's how Delco made them from the same castings), so the calipers are only worth core value of about $95 for the pair. The pads are used and worth a minimal amount. The rest of the parts are barely worth $1,000.

Totally amazing....I wish the few parts I sell on Ebay would be overbid this far....this one ranks up there with that $500 dipstick you can still buy for $5.....Craig

I just hope the "high" (literally) bidder reads the next Driveline. I know someone who has recently listing an NOS set of J-56 pistons w/insulators, but after seeing those auction results I am sure the price just went up.
