GM block #3970010 was a widely used block for 350 cid engines, although it was also used for Z-28 302's in 1969. This block was used for all hp ratings during the years of its use and was used in just about all Chevrolet passenger cars, trucks, and Corvettes during the 1969 to 1979 period. It was made in both 2 and 4 bolt configuration; if a 2 bolt, it can be converted to 4 easily. This particular block was originally used in a 1971 truck with 255 hp 350.

The GM #3933180 block is a 327 block originally used during 1968 and 1969 in a variety of Chevrolet passenger cars and light trucks, although not Corvettes. It is a large journal 327 block. It is 2 bolt main as no 327 block was ever originally fitted for 4 bolt mains. This block was used in lower performance 327s, but could be used for just about any 327.

This is a 1971 350, 250hp, 3 speed manual transmission engine installed in a truck. I can't help you with the second one.
