What is the correct configuration of the outer wheel wells with regard to type of finish? Are they painted with a blackout? Is there supposed to be undercoating in them? Is the undercoating applied first or is it painted first? How much of the wheel well is painted. Anyone have some good pictures?
Undercoating is applied before the blackout. Front undercoat is mainly on the rear part of the wheelwell. Rears are also in the rear as well as on the metal support plate inside the tire. There is not a lot of undercoat and many show no blackout up high in the wheelwell.
