68 Lower Radiator Baffle

I'm confused again.

Did this part exist only on the small block cars with aluminum radiators and Metal shrouds?

It looks to me like the BB fan shroud would have eliminated the need for this part.

Yes, the GM #3919755 lower baffle was used only with the small block aluminum radiator and circular steel fan shroud. It was not used with plastic fan shrouds used with small block (THM and/or A/C) or big block applications.

Thanks Joe,

There is one on Ebay that looks like its in good shape. Since I had not been able to figure out conclusively if I was missing the part or not, I figured I'd ask before it went away.

If you need the part, check Corvette Central, I believe they have a repro.
