C2 door panels: interchangeable?

I need to replace the door panels on my driver '65 convertible. I found a decent pair of coupe panels. Are they interchangeable? Will they work for the time being (the time being is that I'm running out of money and need to get this car on the road!). Thanks for your advice.

Unfortunately, the panel is formed differently at the rear top corner to accomidate the pillar around the window on the coupe. They will not interchange, at least while looking proper.

Corvette America has a program they call NQP (not quite perfect) where they offer factory second interior pieces. In most cases the blems/imperfections are VERY modest and selling price drops like a ROCK!
