MY '68 WIPERS HAVE ALWAYS WORKED. ONE DAY THE WIPER DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN AND THE WIPER OVERIDE LIGHT ON THE DASH LITE UP. I TRIED THE OVERIDE SWITCH AND NOTHING HAPPENS. WHEN I TURN OFF THE IGNITION AND PULL THE KEY OUT THE WIPER OVERIDE LIGHT STAYS ON. I HAVE TO DISCONNECT THE BATTERY. WHATS WRONG?

Re: '68 WIPER OVERIDE LIGHT
jim, page 8 of the 1968-69 NCRS judging manual states, "After SN 13,723 to the end of the model year 1968, the upper alarm light is Door Ajar and the lower is Wiper O'ride. Perhaps your unaware of this change in later 1968's. NOW CONSIDER YOURSELF INFORMED.- Top
