C3 Tires

I have a 1980 and I would like to have it judged someday. What tires can I put on to give me the lest amount of deduction points?

Find out what tires came with the car from the factory, or buy a judging guide here for this year. It should tell you what came with the car at time of build and the correct replacement size and mfgr.

With any luck some one here may chime in that has one and can be more specific.

Gregg,
I have the original type tires on the car now. But they are no longer available. I was trying to find out what available tire would have the lest amount of point deductions.

Buy the same brand and the same size with the size and type of letters as close to what you have now as you can get. Goodyear is your only choice listed in the TIJG.
