C2 1964 - Do pop rivets exist anywhere

On the front most rocker panel bracket the one that is L-shaped and attached to the fender via a rivet, is that rivet a pop rivet? Mine looks factory original, but I did not think there were pop rivets on mid years? Can anyone confirm the existance of a pop rivet holding the L-bracket to the fender

There are many pop-rivets on midyears. Examples: dashpanel ends to door jamb, certain wire clips on firewall, and clips that hold wiring cover strips just inboard of door sills.
